Welcome to Elite Plated, where exceptional food meets elevated hospitality.
I’m Chef Maureen, the founder and private chef behind Elite Plated. My passion for cooking comes from my love of bringing people together through food and creating dining experiences that feel both sophisticated and personal.
My culinary style is inspired by fine dining, French techniques and the flavours of Italy and the Mediterranean. I enjoy taking quality ingredients and transforming them into beautifully presented dishes that are full of flavour, creativity and character.
For me, being a private chef is about much more than preparing food. I take pride in understanding each client’s preferences, designing thoughtful menus, sourcing quality ingredients and creating a polished experience from the first course to the final plate.
